TheForkUserThis restaurant as set at the top of a hill, we walked it as sun had gone down but for less mobile a taxi is a must as gets quite steep. Lovely setting across the sea and at night you can see all the lights across the bay and the moon glistening across the sea. It was a little breezy outside but you do have a choice inside but we wanted the outside experience and a blanket was offered. All staff friendly and service was excellent. Food was amazing and wow the dessert trolly was fabulous could of eat them all but too full so we opted to share one. Food, wine , ambience, setting, service all fabulous. Definitely worth a visit.

TheForkUserWe’ve eaten here before, but this time the food quality was not so good. I’m not sure if there’s nee. A change of ownership but the whole place seemed a little less ‘French’. The foie starter was really poor and tasteless. My fillet steak was cooked ok but the Roquefort sauce was like milk and not much taste. Overall the night was disappointing the restaurant wasn’t as busy as normal, food quality as down and so we are unlikely to go back. Maybe we caught it on a bad night.

TheForkUserStayed 4 nights in La Soller. On the first 2 nights we tried 2 different restaurants, which were perfectly OK but nothing memorable. The 3rd night we trued La Vila and the main difference was that the chef used quite a bit of imagination in the choice and combination of ingredients and the presentation. A much more enjoyable experience.For the fourth and last night os our visit to La Soller, I didn't even bother to look for anywhere else, and reserved a table when we left on night 3
